the shower had an odd smell 😬. the room was really clean and bright. There was plenty of hot water. enjoyed the comfortable bed and it was quiet for a great night's sleep!

Its location was marvellous and lovely, in the desert, and in a nice enough area. My room was both wonderful and relaxing with the fridge, a walk-in shower, as example...

Spent 1 night here with my family, had a fairly nice stay overall. The place had a friendly atmosphere. The food was delightful and I greatly enjoyed the variety. It was based in very very good building in an ideal location, to California.

I appreciated the spacious room with modern decor and comfortable amenities. The king bed was especially cozy, and the tv made my evenings enjoyable. The indoor heated pool was a nice touch for relaxation after a long day.

Improve accessibility to common areas from rooms.

So glad we choose it, it's decent place for staying in Holbrook. Great restaurant, amazing food, people working here are helpful. The location is easy and decent, 10 minutes' walk to Northland Pioneer College. Low cost hotel set in the really quiet area.

Wi-Fi was rather slow.

Clean room, comfortable bed, with great amenities including free wi-fi and a convenient location just off the freeway made our stay enjoyable and perfect to explore nearby attractions.

We had to wait at the front desk for service every time (apx. 10 minutes). It was hard to communicate with the staff because English was obviously not their first language. The staff would not work with us at all on our request for a late checkout (for any price) and the hours for the pool and fitness room were very limited.

Its rooms are neat with the TV and a walk-in shower, for instance.

Satisfactory place to stay in a town that doesn't offer too many alternatives, near to Petrified Forest National Park.

The friendly staff, and the indoor heated pool was perfect after a long day. While the room had a slight smoky scent, the cozy atmosphere and convenient location nearby were good.

Room wasn't clean, not vacuumed. Breakfast was very bad. Coffee was gone, no muffins, nothing but bread to toast and no one around to refill anything. We ate elsewhere. Night staff was nice and helpful. Day staff was grumpy and disrepectful.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The room was poorly designed and built, a portion of the bathroom door had been cut away so it could open past the door. The evening shift desk clerk was very friendly but the overnight person didn't even look up or offer any type greeting when I entered the lobby. The "breakfast" was substandard and not at all aesthetically pleasing. I don't recommend staying at this establishment
